

Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions will apply to all services provided by Pawsome Friends Pet Relocation L.L.C-FZ to the customer. By engaging in the services and accepting our quote, all orders placed by customers shall be made subject to these terms and conditions. Any specific terms made by written confirmation shall supersede these general terms where applicable and agreed. No other agreement, understanding, representation or warranties made orally shall supersede these terms and conditions. By accepting the quote, customers accept these terms and conditions and acknowledge that they have read, understood and agree to all terms in their entirety.
Delivery of Services
Delivery dates provided are estimates and not guaranteed due to many variables associated with providing this service which may be beyond our control. All estimated dates provided are in good faith and at the time of enquiry. Pawsome Friends Pet Relocation L.L.C-FZ shall not be held responsible for any damages suffered as a result of any delays in delivery of service. Should any delays or disruption occur, we will assist where we can to minimize the disruption caused.
Client Information
The customer agrees and warrants to Pawsome Friends Pet Relocation L.L.C-FZ that the animal is in good health and condition to travel. They will provide accurate information in relation to any existing health conditions, breed and temperament. The customer will be responsible for any damages to the pet, property or employees and shall forthwith settle payments upon receipt of demands. It is the customers responsibility to ensure all travel requirements are met and accurate information is supplied.
Warranty
Pawsome Friends Pet Relocation L.L.C-FZ confirms it shall carry out its responsibilities as efficiently as possible ensuring compliance with industry standards of similar services. Customers understand the risk of pet travel and transportation and the customer accepts that Pawsome Friends Pet Relocation L.L.C-FZ cannot be held responsible for any loss, injury or damage which may occur to any pet that is not directly within our care. If any pet suffers any damage or injury within our care, Pawsome Friends Pet Relocation L.L.C-FZ will take the necessary action to ensure the safety of your pet.
Force Majeure
If events occur outside and beyond the control of Pawsome Friends Pet Relocation L.L.C-FZ, they will not be held responsible for the delay or failure to perform their duties or obligations under these terms. Pawsome Friends Pet Relocation L.L.C-FZ reserves the right to terminate any agreement in whole or part, or to delay the delivery date until it is reasonably possible to resume services as normal and shall have no liability towards the customer. Such examples of force majeure may include but are not limited to, riot, war, natural disasters, acts of terrorism, fire, government restrictions, political unrest and strikes.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Once customers have made payment for our service, they are deemed to have accepted our terms and conditions to include our refund and cancellation policy. Customers may cancel their services under the following refund policy and a reimbursements as per the terms below will be provided less any payments already paid or incurred:

If there is more than 14 days before the departure date, a full refund will be provided.

If there is between 7-14 days before the departure date, a 50% refund will be provided.

If there is less than 7 days before the date of departure, a 25% refund will be provided

If there is less than 48 hours before departure, we will not be able to offer any refunds.
If any airline or Pawsome Friends Pet Relocation L.L.C-FZ cancels the flight after the documentation process the customer will be refunded 50% of the agreed fee less any costs already incurred for third party services.
All refunds will be processed within 15 to 20 business days after it has been agreed to provide a refund. Refunds will not include any service charges the client incurred from bank transactions, credit card providers or any other payment method used.
Customers may request to have their flights rescheduled provided a minimum of 72 hours notice is provided to the original departure date. A small service fee will be incurred plus any additional charges due to third parties to amend the departure date.
Payment Terms
The total cost of services will be outlined in the quote. A 50% deposit is required upon booking unless otherwise agreed in writing, and the final payment is due prior to the pet’s flight. Additional costs may be incurred if airline regulations, government policies, or pet-specific needs change. Any adjustments, including third-party fees or additional services, will be communicated in writing and agreed upon before being billed to the customer separately. Payments can be made via bank transfer or payment link. The customer is also responsible for any associated bank fees.
Termination of agreement
Pawsome Friends Pet Relocation L.L.C-FZ reserves the right to terminate its services in its entirety if:

the customer does not perform their obligations.

Fails to make payment when it falls due;
Any payments already received towards agreed services will be deducted to ensure all incurred costs have been covered.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be read and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any claims or proceedings arising from or in connection with this agreement shall be brought and prosecuted in the states and federal courts located here.
